Zempler recognised as a Customer Satisfaction Champion by Finder

Zempler was recognised with a Finder Customer Satisfaction Champion Award for an impressive recommendation score of 93%. Jason Loewenthal, a banking writer at Finder, explains the significance.
Zempler has been rated by customers as one of the best business bank accounts in the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards 2025. Partnering with research consultancy Censuswide, Finder collected over 7,500 responses across 9 different categories for this year’s awards. This included over 500 responses from business banking customers.
Overall, 93% of customers said they would recommend Zempler Bank, meaning they have been awarded the title of Customer Satisfaction Champion for 2025.
Customers loved Zempler’s ease of use and trustworthiness
Customers particularly loved how easy Zempler is to use, with many stating that the app makes it simple for them to bank online and manage their money digitally. Helen from Nottingham described the account as “easy to use and hassle-free”.
Reasonable fees and speedy transfers were also recognised by customers, with Zempler receiving kudos in both these areas.
Other key factors that made Zempler stand out from the crowd were trustworthiness, reliability and top-quality customer service. Mia, from Leeds, said that she views Zempler as a “trusted partner”, while another customer raved about how “the bank is trustworthy and the customer services answer immediately”.
With positive feedback like this, it’s no wonder that 93% of customers said that they’d be happy to recommend Zempler to a friend!
