If you need extra support with your account, for example due to your sight or hearing, you can tell us using the Experian Support Hub.
The Experian Support Hub is a free service that allows you to share your support needs with multiple organisations, including Zempler Bank, quickly and easily through one simple process.
How to use the Experian Support Hub
Create an account
Register for the Experian Support Hub by entering your email address and choosing a password.
Tip#1: Make sure you select a unique password that is different to your Zempler Bank app and Online Banking password.
Select your support needs
Select the type of support needs which are relevant to your personal circumstances.
Enter your personal details
To set up your account you’ll need to provide some personal details, including:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Address
Tip#2: The personal details you provide the Experian Support Hub need to match the details held by us so we can apply a note to your account about the support you require.
Choose Zempler Bank and any other participating organisations that you’d like the Experian Support Hub to share your support needs with.
Provide consent for the Experian Support Hub to share your support needs with us and any other organisation you selected.

The Support Hub is a free platform from Experian which allows you to share your support needs with multiple organisations in one go, rather than having to contact each participating organisation individually.
Zempler Bank is one of a number of organisations participating with the Experian Support Hub. A full list of participating organisations can be found on the Experian Support website.
You can use the Experian Support Hub to let participating organisations know about a range of support needs, including:
- Visual impairment
- Hearing impairment
- Neurodiversity needs
- Speech impairment
- Dexterity and mobility needs
- Life events like long term illness, bereavement and changes to personal circumstances
- Third party help with managing an account
You can manage your support need requests using the Experian Support Hub dashboard. Through the dashboard you can:
- Add or remove your support need requirements
- Add new organisations that you want to share your needs with
- Remove information from organisations you previously shared it with
- Delete your account
