Getting started using Online Banking: activate card, get PIN and add money

  1. Download the app or request a Code Key

Download the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play.

If you prefer to log in to Online Banking using a Code Key, give us a call to order one.

  2. Set up your account login details

You’ll need to set up a username, password, and memorable questions.

You can do this via the app or application status tracker using the application reference number we emailed to you at when you applied.

  3. Log in to Online Banking

Use the app or Code Key to request your verification code needed to log in to Online Banking.

  4. Set up your Zempler card

Activate your card & get your PIN

Once your card arrives, it’s time to activate and request your PIN so you can start using it for purchases. You can do this using the app, Online Banking or calling us on 0330 024 0924.

To do this in Online Banking:

    1. Log in to Online Banking. Remember, you’ll need a verification code from the app or a Code Key to do this.
    2. Head to Manage My Account > Activate a Card.
    3. Enter the requested digits of your card number.
    4. Once activated, you can choose to receive your PIN through an SMS message to your phone, or by mail to your registered address.
  5. Add money to your account

You can add money to your account in three ways.

    UK bank transfer
All you need is your sort code and account number, which you'll find at the top of the email we sent you.

    Deposit cash
Walk into any UK Post Office and you can deposit cash into your account over the counter. All you'll need is the money and your card. The money will then be available in your account immediately.

    International payments
Our international payments service is currently available to both Business and Personal Bank account holders, in GBP or Euros.

There is a flat fee of £15 per inbound international payment, regardless of the amount or currency of the payment.
