Logging in to Online Banking

Using the app to access Online Banking.

Steps to log in to Online Banking using the Zempler Bank app.

  1. Make sure you can log in to the Zempler Bank app. Have your mobile phone to hand.

    You’ll need to be able to log in to the app to retrieve the verification code needed to log in to Online Banking. 

    • Steps to log in to the app

    If you’re unable to use the Zempler Bank app, call us to order a Code Key (it will cost £8). The Code Key is an alternative to using the app.

  2. Go to Online Banking

    On your computer or browser, go to the Zempler online login page and enter your username and password.

  3. Request your verification code in the Zempler Bank app

    1. Log in to the app.
    2. Click the *** button on the top right hand corner in-app.
    3. Tap the ‘Get verification code’ button to get your code. Your code will display for up to 30 seconds.
    4. Enter your verification code into your computer login screen. If your code expires, simply repeat process to generate a new code.

     

FAQs

  • If you’re entering your username correctly, you might receive an error message because you haven’t downloaded and logged in to the Zempler Bank app before or haven’t requested a Code Key.

    If you get an error message when you try to enter your password and verification code, you may have entered either of these incorrectly. Generate a new verification code and try again.

  • If you’ve entered your password and verification code incorrectly, your account may be locked. To unlock your account, please call our Customer Service team and we’ll be able to help you out.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password and you don’t have the latest version of the Zempler Bank app and you’re trying to activate your Code Key, you can reset your password here.

    1. Check that your Code Key is activated (if not, here’s how to activate it).
    2. Go to Online Banking and enter your username, then your password. You’ll then be asked for a verification code.
    3. To get your verification code, press and hold down the Code Key button until the eight digit code appears. You should see flashing dashes on the screen as the numbers load.
    4. Enter the code onscreen.
