How to change your PIN
You can change the PIN for your Zempler Bank card quickly and securely at most LINK cash machines across the UK.
Visit a LINK cash machine
- Insert your Zempler Bank card into a LINK cash machine.
- Enter your current PIN.
- Choose the ‘PIN services’ or ‘Change PIN’ option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter and confirm your new PIN.
You’ll be able to use your new PIN straight away.

Tips for choosing a secure PIN:
- Avoid obvious numbers like 1234 or your birth year.
- Don’t write your PIN down or share it with others.
- Pick something memorable only to you.
If you’ve forgotten your current PIN or are having trouble changing it, contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you get sorted.
Personal and Business Account customers:
If you can't remember your card PIN, request a reminder in-app or in Online Banking:
- In the Zempler app head to 'Cards', tap 'PIN Reminder' and choose to receive it via SMS or in the post – and we’ll send it to you.
- In Online Banking head to 'Manage My Account' and select 'Request a PIN'. Choose which card you need the PIN for and whether you want to receive via SMS or in the post – and we’ll send it to you.
Credit Card customers:
If you’ve forgotten your card PIN, contact our Customer Service team and we’ll post a reminder out to you.
