Close your Zempler Credit Card
You can close your Zempler Credit Card account by following the steps below. Once your credit card account is closed you won’t be able to use your card. You’ll need to ensure you have no balance or pending transactions.
- Log in to the Zempler Bank app or Online Banking
- Go to ‘Manage Account’
- Select ‘Close account’
- Read the important information and follow the prompts
- Select ‘Close account’
- Your credit card will now be closed

If your Zempler Credit Card has been closed and you want your statements, you can download them from the Zempler Bank app or Online Banking. If you’re unable to do this, you can call our Customer Service team and they can provide them to you.
