How to remove an overdraft from your account

If you want to remove the overdraft from your account, you first need to ensure there’s no overdraft balance or pending transactions. If you have a balance, first pay in enough money to cover your overdraft so that your balance is £0.00.

To remove an overdraft in the Zempler Bank app

1. Log in to the Zempler Bank app
2. Go to ‘Overdraft’ and ‘Manage Overdraft’
3. Select ‘Close overdraft’
4. Read & follow the prompts
5. Your overdraft will now be closed

You can also close your overdraft in Online Banking by going to Add-ons > Overdraft > Close Overdraft.
