View your account balance and transaction history

To view your account balance in the Zempler Bank app:

1. Log in to the Zempler Bank app
2. Your balance will be displayed in the centre of your screen, under ‘Balance’

To view your account balance in Online Banking:

1. Log in to Online Banking
2. Your balance will be displayed in the top right corner of your screen, under ‘Balance’
3. If you’re unable to view your balance, click on the 'Overview' tab

To view and download your transaction history in the Zempler Bank app:

1. Log in to the Zempler Bank app
2. Click on the ‘Spending’ tab on the bottom navigation bar
3. Click on the ‘Download’ icon at the far right corner

To view and download your transaction history in Online Banking:

1. Log in to Online Banking
2. Click on the ‘Statements’ tab
3. Click on the upper right corner ‘Download’. You can also select a specific month from the dropdown and click on ‘Download’
