Blocking and disabling gambling transactions
How to block gambling transactions
You can do this in Online Banking or the Zempler Bank app.
To block gambling transactions in the Zempler Bank app:
- Log in to the Zempler Bank app
- Head to the ‘Cards’ tab
- Select the card you want to block gambling transactions on
- Select ‘Transaction controls’
- Turn on ‘Block gambling transactions’
In Online Banking:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Go to ‘Manage My Account’
- Select ‘Transaction Controls’
- Select the card you want to block gambling transactions on
- Select whether you want to switch off gambling transactions
Applying this block will automatically disable any gambling-related transactions on your Zempler Bank account.
