How to view your statements

You can download up to five years’ worth of statements in the Zempler Bank app or in Online Banking. 

If your Zempler Current Account has been closed and you want to view your statements, you can download them from the Zempler Bank app or Online Banking. If you’re unable to do this, you can call our Customer Service team. 

Through the Zempler Bank app and Online Banking, you can download up to five years’ worth of statements for 60 days after closing your account. 

You can also ask us for your statements at a later date. We can give you five years’ worth from the day you request them. For example, if you request your payment transaction history three years after closing your account, you’ll receive the last two years of statements for that account.
