How to temporarily block your card

If you’re concerned about your card, temporarily block it online.

  1. Log in to the Zempler Bank app or Online Banking
  2. Go to ‘Cards’
  3. Select ‘Block card’ and the reason (Lost, Stolen or Temporary Block)

To report a fraud, call us immediately on 0330 024 0924 (or +44 207 153 8940 if calling from overseas). 

Lost and stolen cards can be reported to our Customer Service team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We may need you to help our Customer Service team or the police, if your card is lost or stolen or we suspect that the card is being misused.
