Report a lost or stolen card
Please contact us immediately on 0330 024 0924 (or +44 207 153 8940 if calling from overseas).
Lost and stolen cards can be reported to our Customer Service team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We may need you to help our Customer Service team or the police, if your card is lost or stolen or we suspect that the card is being misused.
To block your card online
- Log in to the Zempler Bank app or Online Banking
- Go to ‘Cards’
- Select ‘Block card’ and the reason (Lost, Stolen or Temporary Block)
FAQs
Immediate action will be taken to protect the money in your Zempler Bank card account. We’ll cancel your card and re-issue a new one to arrive at your current address within just three to five working days.
