Ways to add money to your account
UK bank transfer
Receiving BACS or Faster Payments into your Zempler personal or business bank account is simple.
Just provide the payer with your Zempler Bank account number and sort code. Copy or share your details directly from the Zempler Bank app.
Just login > Pay > Receive money by UK Bank Transfer > copy
Deposit cash
We’ve teamed up with the Post Office so that you can deposit cash into your account over the counter at any of their 11,500+ branches across the UK.
All you'll need to be able to deposit cash into your account is the money and your card. The money will then be available in your account immediately.
❌ We don’t accept cheques as a way to deposit cash into your account.
International payment
We provide an inbound international payments service for both Zempler business and personal bank account customers in GBP or Euros.
We’ll apply the payment to your account the same day we receive it (if received before 3:30pm), provided all the details required are correct.
FAQs
No — we’ve temporarily suspended Mastercard immediate payouts while we fix an issue.
Immediate payouts are payments sent directly from a merchant to your Zempler card. These appear as ‘Immediate Payment’ in your transaction history. This includes things like gambling payouts, PayPal payouts and Delay Repay refunds from railway companies.
For now, please choose an alternative payout method directly with the merchant. We’ll update our website as soon as immediate payouts are available again.
All other payment methods, including Faster Payments, are working normally.

Yes, there is a £15 load fee charged by Zempler when the payment is credited to the Zempler account. The sending bank may also charge a CHAPS payment fee.
